Laser Safety Optical Tables

Tested and Certified According to DIN EN 60825-4

The elements and modules of the Table-Top System TTS offer a safe and flexible laser protection solution for all conventional optical tables or breadboards with metric M6 pitch.

The barrier material M7P06, proven for the NIR range, is available in various standard sizes. Other sizes and materials, such as plastic laser protection windows, are available on request.

The laser protection system for optical tables (TTS) is based on the E25 Modular Barrier System from laservision, awarded with the German Design Award 2021 in the category “special”.

Laser Safety Optical Tables

The laser protection systems for optical tables (table top system, TTS) are based on the E25 folding wall system from laservision.

Highlights:

  • Maximum flexibility of the structure
  • Systems can also be combined with one another to a limited extent
  • Laser protection plates (M7P06) available in various standard sizes
  • Tested and certified according to DIN EN 60825-4
  • Custom sizes are possible on request
  • Especially suitable for IR lasers
  • Also available with materials X1P02 and X1P03 on request

Basic SystemLaser Safety Optical Tables

With the basic system you can fix the laser protection plates directly within the grid with the screw columns (TTS.POST1.1001) or you can set them up freely on the table with a magnetic column (TTS.POST1.1002). A magnetic optical table is required to use the magnetic columns. Both column variants have been tested by laservision and offer a SGB of 1.25 MW / m² @ 940-1400nm for a maximum service life of 105s. The barrier material M7P06 is particularly suitable for the NIR range (780-1400 nm) and is certified with an SGB of 960 KW / m² according to 60825-4.

Highlights

  • Maximum flexibility of the structure
  • Can be mounted with screw columns on tables with 25mm grid and M6 holes
  • Can be freely placed on magnetic tables with magnetic columns
  • Tested and certified according to DIN EN 60825-4
  • Can be combined with on-the-table and foldable-edge systems to a limited extent

On-The-Top SystemLaser Safety Optical Tables

The on-the-table system (TTS.M7P06.300x) consists of different modules (standard sizes can be assembled in any order), which are connected by the flex joint and are therefore laser-safe at every angle. This small folding wall is placed directly on the optical table between the optics and superstructures. For better stability, the system sticks to the table surface with magnets, provided that it is magnetic. Our proven barrier material M7P06, which is tested and certified according to 60825-4, is also used in this system.

Highlights

  • Maximum flexibility of the structure
  • Can be placed on the table
  • Increased stability through magnets (magnetic table surface necessary)
  • Tested and certified according to DIN EN 60825-4
  • Can be combined with the basic system and foldable edge systems to a limited extent
  • To save space when not in use

Foldable-Edge System ModulesLaser Safety Optical Tables

Do you need easy access to your optics and superstructures? Then the foldable edge system for your optical table is the solution. The system modules (2 standard sizes) are mounted on the edge of the table and terminated with the system column (TTS.POST2.2001). Thanks to the flex joint, the modules can be folded down to allow the desired easy access to the optics. The construction prevents the module from falling into the table when it is folded up to protect the superstructure. In addition, the modules are locked to each other and to the pillars with magnets. Our most widely used barrier material M7P06, which is certified according to 60825-4, will also reliably protect you against laser radiation, especially in the NIR and IR range.

Highlights

  • Can be folded down for easy access to the superstructures on the optical table
  • Modules available in 2 standard sizes
  • Locking to the system columns and between the modules with magnets
  • Construction prevents the modules from falling on the table
  • Tested and certified according to DIN EN 60825-4
  • Can be combined with the Basic-System and On-The-Table System to a limited extent

Suppliers of Personal Protective Equipment are legally required to ensure that what we supply is fit for purpose. To that end, Pro-Lite will recommend the appropriate laser safety eyewear (filters and frame) to suit your specific laser. We will calculate the protection levels required according to EN207, EN208 and EN60825 based upon your laser specifications and the let you know which eyewear models are suitable.
