Pro-Lite supplies infrared detectors based upon Germanium (Ge) and Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs) photodiodes that operate in the spectral range from 400 to 2600nm. Ge and InGaAs photodiodes are available in a variety of standard and specialist packages, including extended range two-colour detectors (combined with a silicon photodiode), as quadrant detectors, with InGaAs active areas as large as 1cm2 and as InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (APDs).
Pro-Lite’s supplier partner is GPD Infrared who have been manufacturing infrared photodiodes since 1973. For those customers with more specialist needs, we are happy to customise detectors parts that are uniquely tailored to your application. GPD have the agility to design and deliver prototypes of custom products, often within just a few weeks. GPD maintains class 1,000 and 10,000 clean rooms, and have hermetic sealing capability as well as automated assembly and testing. GPD maintains an inspection system in accordance with MIL-I-45208. Photodiodes are subjected to Telcordia testing requirements (TA-NWT-00093), MIL-STD-883 test methods and/or customer specifications.
