The range includes plant science tools, gas analysers, and a fruit ripeness meters based on a NIR spectrophotometer. CID’s plant science tools are used to research photosynthesis, canopy structure, leaf area, spectroscopy, and root function. Felix’s gas analysers validate ethylene mitigation systems, helping to manage ripening and de-greening programs, and monitoring produce in storage to minimise spoilage. The F-750 and F-751 by Felix Instruments are portable NIR spectrophotometers purpose designed for assessing fruit quality and ripeness.
