Laservision offers comprehensive large-area laser protection solutions for medical applications, ensuring safety in operating theatres, healthcare practices, and laboratories. These solutions are versatile and flexible, suitable for all laser wavelengths and treatments in dental, dermatological, surgical, and veterinary fields.
The modular wall systems, featuring strong panels and a specially developed hinge system, can be equipped with plastic windows for safe observation.
Additionally, the CR (Clean Range) laser-safe curtains are designed for clean environments and come in various sizes and fastening options. Vertical blinds and IR-blocking window films are also available, providing high levels of protection and CE certification. These products ensure a safe environment for both practitioners and observers.
In operating theatres, healthcare practices and laboratories, large-area laser protection is a versatile and flexible way to use lasers at all wavelengths and for all laser treatments in dental, dermatological, surgical and veterinary applications.
Laservision’s modular wall systems – which are comprised of strong panels combined with our specially developed hinge system – can also be equipped with various plastic windows. This enables assistants, parents or teaching staff to observe operations safety.
We also offer a series of CR (Clean Range) laser safe curtains, which have been specially designed for use in clean environments. These curtains can be installed in eight standard sizes and reach a total size of up to 2700 x 3500 mm.
You can also choose from a range of fastening, hanging and rail systems. All of these products offer a high level of protection and are CE certified.
Vertical blinds are an alternative to curtains. The slats run in a rail and can be gathered and turned by a control element. This means they can also be used flexibly as room dividers.
The medical portfolio is completed with a range of IR-blocking window films, which can be fitted on existing windows in labs, operating theatres, practices or lecture halls. The films can even be applied on both sides of the pane to double the OD protection, making them the ideal solution to protect observers and visitors.

The E25 modular, fully assembled laser protective folding wall system from laservision offers a flexible and quick way to shield laser radiation during maintenance and service work on powerful lasers. The partition can e.g. can also be set up as a room divider in laboratories or laser-safe partitioning around optical tables.
The special feature of the E25 folding wall system is the new, revolutionary hinge system in which, without an additional cover, a completely light and laser beam-proof flexible connection is achieved. No matter what angle (0 ° – 360 °) the wall is set up, there is protection against radiation. The application-specific configurable folding wall system consists of at least two start and end modules, E25M7P061001, (HxWxD: 2100x1257x308mm) and can be supplemented with the required number of E25 intermediate modules.
The complete folding wall system can therefore consist of 2 to 9 modules. The basic system is equipped with two approx. 30cm long brackets with lockable rolls (industry standard). Each additional module has only one bracket with 2 lockable rollers. This enables an individual installation, as required.
The standard plate material (M7P06) is based on an aluminium sandwich structure with coated aluminium cover plates (black). This has been tested and certified in accordance with DIN EN 60825-4. Optionally, all other laservision filling materials (e.g. plastic windows) can be installed. Due to the flexibility of the hinge, the laser protection folding wall system can be stored in a very space-saving manner. It is secured in the end position with a sturdy strap supplied.
Despite the mentioned flexibility and extensive equipment, the E25 modular folding wall system can be used without any installation and tools.

The multi-layer laser safety curtain SHELTER-CR (BC6.F1P01) has a wipeable, disinfectable anti-static cover and is used similarly to SHELTER-NG in applications with high laser powers. Laservision’s proven coated silicate fabric is also used here. A special silicone arrow and groove tape can be used to connect the individual curtain panels, so that even larger continuous curtains can be realized. The modular design has, among other things, the advantage that in case of damage only the damaged modules have to be replaced and not the complete shielding. The curtain is certified according to EN 60825-4 and has tested protection levels according to EN 12254.

To protect external areas, window surfaces in laboratories or operating rooms must be protected against the escape of direct or scattered radiation when laser systems are used. This applies in particular to the use of infrared laser systems, as their radiation is not visible to the human eye. Especially for such applications laservision has qualified a blue absorbing plastic film. The main area of application is retrofit laser protection for windows or glass doors in laboratories, production facilities or operating rooms. The laser protection film P5P14 has a daylight transmission of approx. 55 % and is available exclusively with OD values (optical density).
