OWIS Opto-Mechanics - Rotary and Tilt Stages

Precision Tilting and Panning: Owis Rotary & Tilt Stages for Versatile Optical Adjustments

High resolution tilting or panning of horizontally mounted optical elements can be achieved with single-axis tilt stages. Tilt stages from Owis can be mounted together to form a two-axis stage, and pre-assembled 3-axis prism stages are also available for full 3-dimensional rotational adjustment. Combinations with other Owis motion components, such as manual or motorised translation or elevation stages is also possible.

For accessories please refer to product datasheets.
