We believe that spectroscopy software should be intuitive, easy to learn, packed with convenient features to simplify data acquisition, and – above all – it should be free! Wasatch Photonics’ ENLIGHTEN™ spectroscopy software has all the features and control you need to quickly and easily collect Raman, absorbance, transmission, reflection, or “scope-mode” (uncorrected) spectra from Wasatch Photonics spectrometers. View your spectra live, overlay current data with previous scans, or export spectral data for further analysis.  We’re adding new features constantly, so please check back regularly for updates to ensure you have the latest version!

ENLIGHTEN™ Software Features & Capabilities
  • Measure in “scope-mode” (this is uncorrected spectral data without calibration applied).
  • Also measure in Raman, reflectance/transmittance, absorbance, and relative irradiance modes.
  • Acquire data from multiple spectrometers simultaneously.
  • Control integrated lasers via software for WP Raman spectrometers (on, off & power level).
  • See thumbnails of recent measurements in ‘saved spectra’ pane.
  • Easily overlay saved data on live measurements for easy comparison.
  • Copy & paste data from clipboard to Excel and other programs.
  • Flexible & intuitive display adjustments, plus cursor and peak-finding.
  • Batch collection of data, either continuous or intermittent.
  • Control integrated lasers via software for Raman: on/off, power level.
  • Baseline correction over a fixed region of interest for fluorescing Raman samples.

ENLIGHTEN™ spectroscopy software is currently available for Windows and Linux. It has been tested on Windows 10, 8 and 7. The best user experience comes with a Windows 10 64-bit system with an Intel i7 processor and at least 2 GB of RAM. ENLIGHTEN™ supports data acquisition from Wasatch Photonics spectrometers manufactured after 2014.
