Luminance Standards

Labsphere’s SpectrALL range of compact uniform light sources serve as stable, calibrated luminance standards. The open exit port on an internally illuminated integrating sphere acts as a uniform light source. The sphere output is characterised by both spatially and angularly uniform radiance which can be used to transfer an absolute luminance or spectral radiance calibration onto spot luminance meters, imaging photometers, spectroradiometers, ambient light sensors and all manner of cameras and electronic imaging systems. The SpectrALL range includes uniform light sources based upon tungsten halogen lamps, adjustable CCT white LEDs, and spectrally and colour tuneable LED light engines.
